The Music & Me
Music feels like a memory—something you can hold, something that lasts.
I write songs the way I strive to live, which is present. Without excess or distractions. Present was written and recorded in my home, using only acoustic instruments. Music that can be played exactly as it was written, anytime, anywhere.
This album is meant to be experienced. Something you can hold in your hands, feel, and play with intention. There’s no streaming, no digital version. Only vinyl. A physical artifact, carrying sound etched into its grooves, meant to be touched, heard, and lived with over time. And when they’re gone, they’re gone—no reissues or second pressing. Simply a moment in time, preserved to carried on.
Every note, every lyric, every breath captured on this album are moments that were lived. These songs come from quiet observations, fleeting thoughts, and conversations that stayed with me. The weight of memory and the passing of time.
Present is about the here and now. Moments don’t last forever, but music can.
